I began taking Wilton cake decorating courses in September 2011. I've taken all 4 courses, having just completed the gum paste flower course in February 2012. I've always enjoyed watching shows like Ace of Cakes, Cake Boss, etc. I'm planning a wedding for July 2012, and am hoping to put more time and effort into cake decorating after that! |
