Mother of three, owner of a cake company and a restaurant. LOVE baking, sculpting cakes, inventing new recipes, I´m a total workaholic and I love it! I´m French and live and work in the south of Spain, successfully started my cake business 3 years ago, just started my restaurant business this year. I´m a self taught baker and cake artist although many members of my family are in the food business. Use to visit CC a lot when I first started baking for my kids, thinking I would NEVER be able to achieve half of the beauties I saw, thanks to this community I have learned so much...and I still do! |
