I have been making cakes for over 23 years now on and off. Its something I've got back into in recent years and has taken off in earnest. I am lucky enough to have won Gold and first at the Birmingham NEC in November just past. This is not my full time job although I wish it was!! Last year I made 69 cakes which was not too bad considering the day job! Have been having great fun online being amazed by the talent of others and met some lovely people all over the world its like having a huge cake family! :-) Happy to share tips if I can help anyone.
