I love to create cheesecakes using only m imagination. I have a group on Face book called Bald Man's Baker and I use this group to auction my cheesecake creations and donate the proceeds to local charities and fundraisers. My highest auction bid to date was $750 for a blueberry swirl cheesecake. I have entered a few pie contest with some success and I'm always looking to improve my baking skills. I struggle when it come to cake decorating but I try to overcome this shortfall with my imagination. |
