I am not a professional cake decorator. (You'll see that in my gallery photos.) I bake cakes for my family. I don't bake cakes professionally. I like to create fun, unique cakes to make each celebration very special. I design cut up cake patterns. I have been inspired by cut up cake designs of the past. I also have some unique patterns that I designed. I created a website to help other people easily create fun, unique cut up cakes. I generally only use items from the local supermarket or party supply store to decorate the cakes. I never use a specialty shaped cake pan or cake decorating tips. If I can do it, anyone can and many could really use their cake decorating talents to make my cake patterns into truly amazing cakes. I also contribute to the Cake Decorating wiki on Wetpaint (cakedecorating.wetpaint.com).
