All About Me	I recently graduated from the Art Institute of Philadelphia with a diploma in Baking and Pastry. Baking has been a passion of mine for many years, but due to motherhood and financial burdens needed to obtain a job in the corporate world where I have been for the past 20 years. Since my daughter was all grown up I decided to persue my passion and started classes at AIP. It was an amazing experience and I look forward to the future. In this industry I find that you can never have enough knowlegde, that there is so much still to learn and that it's ever changing. New techniques, old school techniques, easier ways to accomplish a project....there's just always something new to learn! That's what keeps it exciting and refreshing.....never boring!!
