I love to cook and bake. I have been baking since I was 12 years old, when my Mother first taught me how to graese a cake pan and line it with wax paper. I am a very good baker but I am new to decorating. I am teaching myself decorating techniques from Cake Central and I google anything I don't know how to do. I get so excited when I have the opporunity to make a cake. Right now I am using relatives and friends birthdays, hiolidays and any ocassion to make a cake to decorate. I think I would love to do this full time, but right now I am just enjoying the learning and practicing. |
