I started cake decorating about 10 years ago after stumbling across a decorating class. I learned the basics there but once I started working I didnt have the time to do them. I decided about 3 years ago to just make cakes for my kids birthdays etc but now I make them a little more often but only for my own little family as Im not confident enough to take on any challenges from outsiders, maybe one day. Im learning a lot though from this amazing site and get loads of help on the forums when I get stuck with anything. I feel I'm getting better with every cake I make. |
