I am a self taught cake baker/decorater. Married to the love of my life and have 4 wonderful children, the yougest being 4. I have been making cakes on /off for a few years but only became a full timer as of June 2011. Love it find it challenging and also rewarding. Have learnt a lot by looking at magazines, cake central and also watching dvds from Edna De La cruz, Sharon Zambito and others on you tube. You can never have enough information, or never stop learning. It is soo good to do something I love. :-) |
