I am a self taught "caker". I have been baking and creating cakes since June 2010. I learned how to do fondant cakes through reading decorating books and magazines , researching the internet and watching televisions shows such as Cake Boss and Amazing Wedding Cakes. Cake decorating has allowed me to explore a new medium of creating art, which has always been an interest of mine. |
