I am an engineer by education and a software developer by career. But I love making cakes. I don't have any formal training so I learn by trial and error and observing others. I learn something new every time I make a cake (usually the hard way) but enjoy it each time. I actually got started decorating cakes working in a Baskin Robbins when I was younger. The manager taught me to do standard icing and how to use the tips to do edges. I have been hooked ever since! |
