Hi Everyone! (first of may, 2013) I have been decorating cakes for 3 years now. I am mostly known for my Swirly Cakes. I teach the technique in The Netherlands and Belgium. Recently i came across the art of cookies and royal icing....Follow my journey as I explore the possibilities. I have a blog where I post my pictures, tutorials and recipes. This is a work in progress, and I am currently investigating translating my blog to English. It is now all dutch, but I think, the pictures speak for themselves, you might even understand anyway ;) I am a mother of two sons. The oldest is 3 and my baby is 5 months old. I live in the South of The Netherlands with my Fiancee....(Getting married....June 2014! Yay!) We have been together for almost 10 years. We have a small house of our own where we live with our sons, three cats and a border collie.
