All About Me	My name is Sharnette Hallenbeck. I am 36 years old and residing in New Braunfels, TX.Baking and cooking have been my life-long hobbies, and I regularly bake or cater for my extended family and the families of my friends. As time passes, my passion for baking continues to bring smiles and comfort to those I love, and I find myself more drawn than ever to my dream of becoming a professional baker and pastry chef. Over the last year I have restructured my life toward the goal of opening my own bakery; I attended Le Cordon Bleu Culinary School in Austin TX, completed my internship at Sweet Dreamâs Bakery in New Braunfels TX and have been studying independently at every opportunity. My long range goal is to own my own bakery where I can bring smiles to my community. Thanks to the new Texas Cottage Food (Home Bakery) Law, that went into effect September 1, 2011 I am taking my passion to the next level by opening A Confectionerâs Dream. Your food will be prepared in my home's kitchen with the highest attention to safety and quality. My company is based on the belief that my customers' needs are of the utmost importance. My entire team is committed to meeting those needs. As a result, a high percentage of our business is from repeat customers and referrals.
