I love making cakes & treats that are decorated to be personal, but mostly the SMILES they bring! Done with 18yrs of airbrushed sheet cakes and now learning the FUN stuff!! To decorate cakes with fondant, modeling choc, sugar paste figurines & make flowers etc... sculpt cakes and LOVE to paint on them. (Been painting since I was little with my mother, watercolors & oils, and come from a very artistic family! We're always making something arts & crafts/sewing related) Not much into cupcakes or pops, but learning to decorate cookies with Royal Icing, glazes and 3D sculpting gel. Taken a couple cake classes, but thinking of going back to school? Graphic Design or Pastry Chef, would love job making cakes & cookies again; Hope I can learn something well enough to teach & give back. :D Anyone need an assistant?
