I retired about 10 yrs ago.Thats when I decided to take cake courses.It escalated from there.I've taken classes from cake artist all over including Debbie Brown.I was then to asked to Join the committee of the Great American Cake Show.for seven yrs been working on every committee from Judges to vendors to teachers.
