All About Me	It all began for me right here on Cake Central! I created my first cakes in 2003...opened my cake shop in 2004...after showcasing my work on here, my style became very popular and suddenly my work took a different direction. Today....I travel the world as a Tutor and Author (The Icing on the Cake AND Extra Icing series of Online Tutorials). I have many free view You.Tube videos and a list of Tutorials which can be purchased and downloaded for just a few pounds, dollars, Euros....whatever! I no longer make cakes to order and my business is mainly teaching nowadays, but I like to think that as well as passing on my skills, I also entertain you! You have to have a sense of humour to do this cake lark....without it I don't think I could survive!
