I love food and cake! I've been lucky enough to showcase my work on Food Network Challenge and pulled off 1st place. My cakes sculptures have been on display in art galleries and museums. I've sculpted John Lennon cakes for the Hard Rock Hotel and performed live creating cakes during events for organizations like the National Association of Catering Executives. |
