Hi there. I make cakes for Family and close friends as its my hobby and interest. I love looking at all the new products that are being introduced to the homebaker like myself. It fascinates me the different things you can get to achieve different looks and i go for the more non traditional carved cakes. My dream job would be to work for Duff at Charm city cakes but because i live in England ile have to wait until maybe he opens up a branch in London maybe someday lol...Im self taught and one day i would love to get trained properly as i probably would find it all easier doing it the right way instead of guessing how to do things. At the moment im taking a break from cake artistry but i hope to pick it up again someday :) |
