I did an introductory course to cake decorating over 30 years ago .Back then it was only fruit cakes and equipment was limited. I couldnt purchase the ready made modeling paste or royal icing mixture like you can now and mostly made everything from scratch.I am realy enjoying the new techniques and the tutorial that are so readily available now. |
