  • Yellow dye orange dye Toothpicks black dye
  • Paint brush water Electronic scale
  • Small Leaf shaped cutter

Gather supplies

Dye all your fondant. Take 7/8 oz of yellow and roll into a ball, making sure you get all the cracks out.

Roll into a oval shape using the palms of your hand

Pull up on one end and flatten out this will be your tail. You can use a toothpick to put lines in it for feathers or leave it blank.

Roll a ball for the head. judging the size against your body

Connect the head using some water or fondant glue

Use your small leaf cutter and cut out 2 wings. Using toothpick indent for the feathers.

Roll a small amount of orange into a oval, just compare the size to your head add to or take away what you need for a beak.

Attach using fondant water or glue. You can use a toothpick to make a line for the mouth to open

Attatch wings. Get your black food dye and brush and make two dots for the eyes!
