This was for our son. I used a Halloween light stick for the light saber. All buttercream/hand drown. He loved it!

I started with a 9" vanilla cake with buttercream filling & covered it with MMF. I made lots of score marks on the fondant for wrinkles and then I used brown, green and black lustre dust to add detail and dimension.

This is a cake that I did for a little boy who loves Star Wars. The cakes are 10'' and 8'' chocolate covered in fondant. The fiugres are 50/50 gumpaste and fondant. I was happy with how it turned out. Thanks for looking.

Figures are made out of modeling chocolate. The lightsabers are pretzel rods covered in chocolate, and the handles are modeling chocolate. This was such a fun cake to make! My son's friend loved it!!

This cake was made for a star war's fan, The cake is chocolate with oreo's buttercream. The head is made of rice crispies and fondant, the ears are made of gum paste. I had a little trouble with the arms they were too heavy and kept on falling, so just decided not to put arms, just hands, it didnt come out the way i wanted, but the birthday girl loved it!

I was inspired by jannanners, Thank You!!! For the face, 2 9" rounds, For the ears, 2 6" squares. I carved, then covered in fondant. I made a bunch of lines for his wrinkles. I dusted him with green luster dust. Then I gave him some shadowing using brown luster dust. I used Star Wars font on edible paper/ink.

Started with a 9X13 and 1/2 ball pan and carved/shaped it from there. His hands are Rice Krispie Treats and the jacket is textured with a non-skid mat.

Two of my sons, my ten year old and my four year old, have a birthday three days apart. I didn't have time to make two cakes so I made one big one. One side was Sesame Street and the other side was Star Wars. All cutouts were done with fondant and figures are fondant with royal icing. Too fun.

I'm so not a fan of Star Wars so this was hard for me. Yoda was pretty easy to make, but the other figure... well, I just looked at a picture of it and did the best I could. I think it's from a Star Wars game. Anyway, figures of fondant, cake covered in a mix of marzipan and fondant.

Cookies & Cream cake, iced with fondant then "painted" with buttercream for color and texture. It was a hit with the 11 year old who requested it. Thanks for looking.

I made these as a dry run for my nephew's grooms cake next year, and used them to decorate his birthday cake. Decorated with glace icing.
