The Winnie The Pooh cake I made. This is the most complicated cake I have ever made. I think I spent about 10-12 hours working on this cake. I'm extremely pleased with how this turned out. It's a white almond sour cream cake with buttercream dream icing, pre-made royal icing decorations (roses, bees, butterflies, and ladybugs), and candy melt Winnie The Pooh characters (Christopher Robin, Tigger, Piglet, and Eeyore). Doing the candy melt decorations and icing Pooh took soooo much time!

This was for my daughter's first birthday. She loved Pooh Bear. I used the 3D cake pan for this. It is pound cake with buttercream icing and royal icing flowers. The bees I got in the scrapbooking section and glued them to wire. Also the honey is yellow gel icing. It's one of my favorites.

Here's another Winnie the Pooh cake I did this week. I don't know what it is about Winnie the Pooh. People are crazy about him! This is just a chocolate sheet cake with vanilla buttercream. All the decorations are free-handed with tinted buttercream.

I don't know what you call these cakes. I call them smoosh cakes. It's for a 1-year-old to "smoosh" all over himself at his party when he tries to eat it. I made it to go with the other Winnie the Pooh cake I posted today.

Another outside cake. Someone saw my Dora cake and wanted the same thing, except with Winnie the Pooh on top. 6" and 9" yellow cake stacked, BC dream. All accents are fondant. I see a couple of errors, but overall, I think I did pretty good. I am a critique group member and I welcome ALL critiques.
