Well, here it is...This was for a couple who got married in Hawaii a month or so ago and had a party back home. Thanks so much to everyone who offered their help in making this cake, but especially ailyn222 and Kim B! The cakes are covered in BC and Crushed Vanilla Wafer Cookies. The Water fall and palm trees are made from fondant, and all the flowers were made from gumpaste.

This is my first attempt at a waterfall cake! Cake is triple choc with raspberry filling and choc BC icing. trees are upside down icecream cones and pretzels decorated with BC. Rocks are chocolate covered peanuts and raisins, I made the boat and people out of fondant and than painted with food coloring.... everything is edible! Waterfall is also BC! Got the general idea from a cake I saw on here.... thank you

This was a graduation, birthday, and going away cake. The girl was going off to Africa for two years, so we went with a jungle themed cake. It is buttercream, the animals are fondant/gumpaste.

Inspiration for this one came from here. :) Thank you! It is chocolate cake with Chocolate Kahlua filling. Fondant rocks. This is before I put the "bugs" on it that the lady wanted. I like it better without them!

This cake is my take on a scaled down version made by Freed's Bakery in Las Vegas that customer fell in love with. A lot of non-edible stuff on this cake that I don't usually do, but that's what they wanted. Bottom is banana cake with choc. bavarian cream and the top is French vanilla with raspberry. Crushed nilla wafer "sand" will be added upon delivery.

This was my son's 2nd birthday cake I did this weekend. I had such a fun time doing it and just loved the way it turned out. I put palm trees on it right before serving and of course none of the pictures turned out. Thanks to Christy B for the inspiration.

This was a 12" and 6" cake, White cake with buttercream. Fondant
putt-putt greens. The bridge and trees are plastic. I hate to use plastic decorations, but had to one this one. I ran out of time. The little boy's birthday party was at a miniature golf course.

This was a very unique wedding cake I delivered today. The groom is from Africa and they wanted the wedding cake to honor his family heritage. The entire wedding was an African theme...pretty neat! Cake was all squares, covered in a marbleized fondant. Waterfall is made from fondant. The trees were made from gum paste. The animal figures and the topper are handmade wooden crafted from Africa!

I used a lot of the cakes here for inspiration. Thank you to everyone who was kind enough to answer all of my questions. I had some trouble laying out the fondant for the "waterfall". I think it was a bit too big and didn't lay a ripple in the right places. I'd love some more suggestions on how to go about this.

I made this cake for my neighbor's daughter. It's the first time I ever made a tiered cake, and I had to decorate it with my 4, 2, and 1 year olds tugging at my arms, running all around me, hanging on my legs and pulling my pants down every ten seconds (hubby was working). Still, I was really happy with the end result! Thanks for looking!

My daughter wanted this cake for her Birthday Luau last month. I am not a cake decorator, I wish I was that talented! I told her I would attempt it. but not to expect too much. I used MMF made from scratch and although it was quite an experience, I enjoyed it and she loved her cake! Now I have to figure out how to make an electric guitar cake for my son's 18th birthday....any suggestions???

Happy Birthday to my dad! He had his 49th b-day this weekend and this is what I came up with for the cake! If you knew my dad you would laugh because this is literally what he does every day! We live in AZ, so he is in the pool (cigar and beef in hand, with his blue-tooth and Vikings hat on!) from about March till Novemeber! He always stands in the same spot too, so I tried to recreate the waterfall where he hangs out. Top was RKT, water piping gel! BIG THANKS TO AINE2- character inspired by her work!

I made this cake for my son's 7th birthday. The top layer was chocolate. The bottom layer was french vanilla with oreo filling, yum! The trees are tootsie rolls w/ fondant leaves.
Thanks to Veronika for sending me directions for the monkeys. I made mine a little to large and they didn't turn out half as cute as hers! I'll have to try them again soon.
Thanks for looking.
