I opted to do this cake instead of the rainbow for Valentine's Day. I found a clip art of the heart and did the piping gel transfer. Chocolate fudge cake with cherry pie filling and class BC icing.

Caramel cake w/ brownie middle, filled with caramel. Covered in Satin Ice. Top heart is Reces peanut butter heart covered in fondant, brushed with luster dust. Intended to have a little "jail" around the big heart, which explains the "You have captured my heart" but it didn't work :( Oh well, My man loved it anyway :)

3-Layer Chocolate cake with Buttercream frosting and chocolate filling. White chocolate dipped strawberries with brown chocolate drizzle. My wonderful hubby did the drizzle for me as well as the beautiful layout of this photo. (Hey ladies, if you are in need of design work for your cakes, he's the man to call-very inexpensive ;) This was my 1st V-Day cake. I used a new BC frosting and I hated it!! It had such trouble sticking to the cake-never again! But oh well, at least I found out on a dummy cake =)

This cake is White almond sour cream cake (so yummy!!!) butter cream icing. I've put some little hearts made in MMF, and painted with luster dust and pearl dust. Made some MMF flowers and leaves, sprinkled with shimmer dust. And I made a butterfly using the method found on this site, using wafer paper (so fun to do). It's to celebrate Friendship on VDAY!!!
