pulled suger, royal icing, chocolate shells, marbled fondant. 6, 9,12 inch . Made to use the fish bowl for a stand. This was re-set up at home the day after a wedding fair so the water looks a little cloudy. There is a beta fish in the bowl!

Airbrushed buttercream blue, made dark blue circles on cake with airbrush. Then used
clear piping gel to trace over dark blue circles-giving the wet bubbles look. Used blue and
white color striping techniques with a star tip to make spashing waves around Sponge Bob
figurine. This cake was awesome to make! I wanted to keep it for my own birthday.

We are celebrating the April and May birthdays at our family dinner today. Every time we get together the children watch Sponge Bob videos so I thought this would be the perfect birthday cake for this occasion. It is 11 x 15 white sour cream cake with almond flavored buttercream icing. The cake is torted and filled with chocolate hazelnut filling. I really didn't want to make five individual cakes so I hope this will suffice. I saw this idea on the internet . Thank you for letting me borrow it.

This was made for the little girl I made the monkey princess for last year. The top is chocolate and the bottom is banana creme with strawberry filling. The shells and starfish are chocolate and bubbles are something I found at Hobby Lobby. Everything else is fondant. I used a mold to shape her face.

This cake was HUGE! The mermaids alone were larger than barbie dolls. It was done by my business partner (my Mom) and won first place in a contest with an Under the Sea theme.

This was for a contest with the theme "under the sea". I took first in the beginner class with it and my mother took first in the professional category. This was my second cake I had ever done, and thank you Mom for urging me to explore cake decorating.

This is a picture of a cake that I entered in the 2008 KY State Fair. This is the first time that I have entered cakes in competition. I won first place with this cake in the birthday cake division. I was so happy! I worked a total of 12 hours on this cake. All the coral is modeled of fondant/gumpaste. The fish are hand-molded and painted.

Cake for 5 year old who wanted an underwater sea creature cake. All the decorations are chocolate/candy melts. The sand is light brown sugar. For the "creatures" I traced my son's coloring book in the melted chocolate. Some of them I put on lollipop sticks. It was really fun to make. Cake was vanillia-milk chocolate chips with chocolate hazelnut mousse filling and sugarshack's bc.
