These are two 6" round cakes that I made for a cake tasting. The bride is MMF, almond buttercream, and white almond cake. The groom is fondant, chocolate fudge icing, devil's food cake, and strawberry filling. I'm happy to say they loved it!

This is my first Bride and Groom. They are made of fondant and tylose. I copied the dress and hairstyle from photos the bride gave me and tried my best to show how in love they are in the expressions on their faces. They were such a lovely couple to deal with, the whole experience was an absolute pleasure. Thanks for looking :)

Triple layer chocolate cake filled with strawberry mousse, frosted with buttercream and decorated with chocolate covered strawberries. Made this for a gathering of friends in which 3 couples are celebrating their anniversary. TFL!! :)

We always like to try and tell a story with our cakes, and this one says so much? Loves travels across oceans. George from Thessaloniki, Greece, left home to come to the states for school. Little did he know that he would soon meet the love of his life, Teri! She wanted to surprise George with a groom?s cake to depict all his favorites of home, as well as the story of meeting his bride to be! We did our best to include every important detail from the White Tower in George?s hometown, favorite football (soccer) team, love of sailing ? to coming to North Carolina, attending North Carolina State University, meeting Teri at Bogart?s, and of course falling in love! Best wishes Teri & George on their recent marriage! We look forward to the stories to come! Tuxedo & Bridal gown wedding & groom's cake. Bride's cake was rich buttery vanilla with French vanilla buttercream and fondant accents; groom's cake was buttermilk devil's food with cookies & cream filling and White chocolate, cream cheese frosting colored gray. My first time trying to carve a bodice and I should have taken more off the top. My husband made the cake stands and the one under the bride's cake didn't show because of trying to duplicate the lace from her dress. TFL

I create a cake with theme Denim and Diamond. I was very pleased with the result of my denim effect that I painted on fondant using my own technique that works pretty well. I used fabric ribbon on which I glued one by one the stones... Time consuming but the result is what I wanted. This was a chocolate cake with custard filling, chocolate ganache frosting covered with fondant.
