This was for a friend's wedding. My husband built the stand... it's a slightly modified version of Antonia74's instructions (thank you!). Cupcakes (120 of them) are Carrot w/ cream cheese frosting, lemon filled with raspberry and chocolate filled with carmel mousse and nutella buttercream. The cake on top is a 5" square covered in a chocolate wrap to match the panettone wrappers that the cupcakes were in. All flowers are fresh and they really made it complete. Thanks for looking!

Final of my cake orders for this week. Blue is definitely my favourite colour -- so glad the bride wanted blue! Cupcakes are my special chocolate cake, top tier "dream" white chocolate cake, and small cake is their anniversary cake (fruit) so they have something to keep & cut in a years time.

Made this cake for my grandaughter's 4th birthday. A lot of mistakes happened with this cake, but next time, I would do this differently. The round cake is lopsided because I think the square cake was not perfectly even on top. The towers were put in place with royal icing, but it looks messy. But everyone enjoyed the cake anyway. All buttercream with fonadant towers and accents.

This was made for my son's 3rd birthday party. The theme was medieval knights. I used Debbie Brown's modeling tips from her book for the knight, horse, and dragon. The cake started to settle and the mmf tore so I just used pieces of mmf with the brick pattern and stuck them all over to hide the few tears and it looks like the dragon really did tear the castle apart! Everyone loved it! RK treats for towers and fondant w/gumpaste for modeling.

My granddaughter wanted the cake on the cover of the Wilton yearbook. It's BC. I doweled the towers but it still didn't travel well to the party. In the future I will wait until I get there, then add. Thanks for looking!

This is a shot showing the cupcakes and the cake together. The kids ate the cupcakes which were pink poodles and the adults ate the cake. The theme was Paris/Pink Poodle and was for my great niece's 7th birthday. She loved it.

Made for four year old birthday. Regular cupcake mix, topped with royal icing with sprinkles in different combinations. Wrapped tower with mini star tinsel for extra effect. The clear sugar sprinkles made it sparkle in the daylight.

This is one of my favorite cakes. I used an 18" round. The theme is so girly and I just love it. I had lots of fun making this cake. For the eiffel tower I used a candy mold. It came out perfect. Glad to share the idea. Amy M. Gonzalez

His was taken from Debbie Brown's book it is a combination of two cakes. It is not supposed to be a whole castle just the top of a tower. Each "stone" was cut and placed individually.

Yellow cake with BC icing for my niece who had a Disney princess party for her 16th birthday. She was Bell, so she got a red rose made from gumpaste as a keepsake. The towers, flowers are gumpaste, roof is fondant covered icecream cones. The towers seem like leaning a little, they weren't. It's just I took the photo from the wron angle. She was thrilled when I told her that everything is edible (except princesses). Thank you for the inspiration from everybody who made a similar cake.

The Groom proposed at the tower.
Parts of the tower are made from foamcore covered with royal icing.
Top of cake is 5'. I was a general contractor, model making helped.

These cookies looked much better when they were finished. I piped french words in red across the front, like "OOO LA LA!, Amour, Paris, etc. Then bagged with a red ribbon. Forgot to take that pic! Flavor: Orange spiced rum cookie with Choc. fondant on top & RI accents.

This is my take on Peggy Porschen's rose tower. I did not carve it into a cone, it is simply a 6" stacked on an 8".
