Vanilla cake with vanilla buttercream, topped with chocolate butter cream and oreo cookie crumbs. Trucks, tires and ramps are all Rice Crispie treats coated in melted white chocolate and decorated with fondant.

Cake is a 10" round on the bottom and an 8" round on the whitewall tire. Just tapered the top and bottom a bit of the 8" and put it on a 7" board and then used a dowel, to make tire impression marks. Cake is covered in MMF. I made black MMF for the first time and it came out perfect! Harley Lady is made out of gumpaste. Flames are hand painted on fondant. TFL

That one was inspired by several cake i've seen on cakecentral...The bike was very hard to achieve... Cake was chocolat and vanilla with chocolat buttercream.

Black fondant on vanilla cake. SMBC filling and ABC for the icing. The center piece and letters are a gumpaste and fondant mix with silver pearl dust. I used Duff's black fondant.

6th Birthday cake for a boy that loves motorcycles! 8" round chocolate chip cake with ganache filling and icing. Covered in fondant with fondant flames. Sign is made from gumpaste and the motorcycle is a toy that the customer asked to go on top. TFL!

My first time carving a cake. It wasnt as bad as I thought! This cake is one of many for a dealership grand opening - cake for nearly 500 people. Thanks to the inspiration from those who have previously done the transformers bumble bee cake! Tires are Oreo cookies wrapped in fondant, with edible wafer paper rims.

This was for my ex's brother at his wedding. (fun right?lol) anyway. Delivery was a 2 hour drive and it was in the middle of august in TEXAS. Needless to say I was a wreck while driving. But it made it safely and everyone loved it. oh and this was my first truck cake. Made the tires out of RC, everything else is cake.

1 9x13 and 1 9x9 square (cut in half), stacked, carved and covered with fondant. Wheels are RKT. Edible paper/image for logos. Mud is buttercream. Cake is on wood board, screwed into four dowels, which are screwed into MDF cake board.
