Made this for a little boy who loves Thomas the Train and Harold the Helicopter. Harold is made from rice krispie treats. Each side of the hexagon cake has a tunnel with different train characters.

My second cake from crazy week. Jason?s Mummy loved my other Thomas the Tank Engine cake so asked for one for Jason. I used my Fat Daddio?s tin for the base tier for the first time and I have to say, I?m in love!! Cooked to perfection, no messy carving and no wastage! Kids weren?t too impressed though as they love to demolish the offcuts lol! :)

Had to transport cake from Canary Islands to UK and then decorate there with no equip for Dad's 90th Birthday. He was in N. Africa and Montecassino, hence all the mud on this pic! He loved it.
