This is my tallest cake to date. Its a 14, 12, 10 (dummy), 8, and 6. All buttercream with artifical flowers (alot of them). I used regular separator plates and hidden pillars to support the cake. It turned out great, I now say that I have mastered the swags!!!! It was a little difficult because the bride wanted the swag at different heights, so i made the 2nd and 3rd tier swag in the same location, and the 4th adn 5th tier swag in the same location, with the topper different as well. Thanks for lookin

This is a 4", 6", 8", 10" cake covered in fondant and painted with luster dust. It's a replica of a cake done by "Just Cake". For those wondering about prices I charged $4 per serving and it still wasn't enough. :) Thanks for looking.

OMG, I fell in love with this cake when it was done. I thought it turned out beautiful. Unfortunatley, I forgot to take a photo before it was already in the box. I was not to deliver this one, they picked it up, and that always makes me nervous. Fondant covered ovals with fondant swags. Roses and Ivy. Thanks for looking!

This is the cake I just finished for my third Wilton cake decorating certificate. The cake is covered in fondant and all the roses are handmade. The ribbon around the cake tiers is real ribbon but the satin-like swags are fondant.

This was a cake that I made for one of my dear friends Granny's 85th b-day! They wanted a cake that was pink and lady-like! I have not made a cake like this in about 3 years! I think that it turned out good. Granny was really happy with it!

This past weekend was my cousin's wedding. The bride asked that I make the cake and of course I said yes. I couldn't refuse. Then she asked for the cake to be similar to her dress. Her dress was gorgeous with lots of gatherings. My sister and I made the 5 tired cake together. We had lots of low points and many high ones. It took us many, many hours to complete. Below is a picture of the cake. Thank you for looking.

My 17th birthday cake. Purple buttercream (violet + burgundy + royal blue) with white MMF/gumpaste accents... I used wilton pearl dust mixed w/ extract and painted it on the white parts. I made the swags based on the article here @ CC-- amazing! And it totally stuck to the buttercream too! (I used toothpicks on each side of every swag for added support) The cake is slightly domed... my cake pans are inadequate but I just bought some new ones. 17 sparkly white candles on top (:

I am very happy with the way it turned out. The bride and groom loved it. It was hard to photograph with the mirror reflection right on it?!! Constructive criticism welcome!

Had to learn swags cause I had two wedding cakes in one weekend with them on it. This was the second cake, and these swags came out much better than the first one. I mixed MMF/gumpaste which worked fantastically. Otherwise BC, synthetic flowers.

A friend of mine ordered this cake for her daughter turning 3. One night, while reading "Cinderella's Fairytale Wedding Story" to her daughter, she comes across Cinderella's wedding cake. Her daughter jumped up and said, "Mom, that's the cake I want for my b-day!" So, my friend called me up and asked me to mimic it as much as possible. This is my interpretation of it. The cake is vanilla with strawberry cheesecake filling. It's all buttercream with the exception of the swags/draping, flowers,& pillow.

Fondant covered with fondant swags and ribbon roses. This is the first traditional shaped cake I ever covered in fondant. There were some imperfections due to some cracks but I think it still turned out well.

This was actually made for 50th anniversary. It was suppose to be a replica of their wedding cake - but this was as close as we could get from a fuzzy snapshot. All I know it had lots and lots of icing on it!!! This is was only the top two tiers of the cake - daughters were trying to cut costs original cake probably feed over 500.

This cake's design was based on a picture that the client gave me. The florist added the flowers.
Cake is covered in fondant, piping is RI, bows and swags are G/F mix. I used the SPS system and I love it!

Made this four tier white cake, with bc icing. Cake were suppose to be stacked, bottom tiers couldn't hold the top tiers and cake was collaping, so my husband took top tiers and place them on the cake table.
