Back of AJ Hawk's Green Bay Packers jersey for a 4 year old boy. Cake is half choc and half white cake, but the white cake was colored pink per the little guys request. Icing is B/C with fondant accents. The fondant block of cheese was my poor attempt at humor since the fans are called "cheese heads". The Birthday boy also requested a pink butterfly on each shoulder. I complied, but took a picture first- I don't want any NFL players knocking on my door over pink butterflies! LOL!

Did this for a friend's wife who has served with the New Mexico State Police for five years and is now "going gold". Badge and stripe are almond cake with marshmellow fondant icing and patch is chocolate cake with marshmellow fondant icing. Badge and patch were carved from 8" squares set on a 13"x19" board to give you a good idea of how big they are. All details done by hand.

This is a yellow cake with buttercream icing. I used a star tip for most of the cake. My husband loves FHP and I did this cake for his birthday party. I have only completed Wilton course 1 so hopefully I will get better.

No fail sugar cookies with antonia's icing. Penn State helmets and footballs for a 9 years old's birthday. I had to make 31 of these, tagged and bagged! My biggest order so far, I was so excited and happy to get them all done.

This was done using a 16X16 and cutting to shape and icing with butter cream. The people in the stands are sprinkles. I used card stock, markers and sucker sticks for the lights and the scoreboard. I've also done a scaled down version using a 9 X 13.

SC State Flag done in Green and Yellow for someone who loves John Deere. The cake was not supposed to be covered in dots, but the icing cracked so this is what I came up with. I made this cake over a year ago and I have learned a lot since then because of CC!!

The bride and groom are both OSU alum and met while they were at OSU. They are some of the biggest Buckeye fans I've ever met! Definitely not a traditional wedding cake, but it was fun (although time consuming) to make and I think it turned out nice.

I made this cake for my mother's birthday. It was so hot that day and as you can tell the buttercream icing is practically melting off the cake!! It was still good though. The MState Logo is a buttercream transfer.

I made this cake for my brother and his roommates during their last week of final exams. They are forestry majors, so needless to say, they had a lot of studying to do. I needed the practice and I knew it wouldn't be wasted. It is iced in all buttercream with a buttercream transfer for the logo.

This was a groom's cake I made to go with the wedding cake. Apparently, the coach of Penn state got married on May 12, 1962 and this couple got married on the same day in 2007! I think they planned it like that? It is a 9 x 13 sheet cake in spice and bc.

All the figures and the sign are made of gumpaste - no wires because it was and entry in the Iowa State Fair and only edible decorations were to be used (I broke the ferris wheel several times before it finally held). Everything else is buttercream (though after the cake was done I thought of a way to do the tablecloth out of gumpaste. Too late though).

My second paying customer! This cake is for a young man who is allergic to milk, eggs and peanuts. It's a 12" round and an 8" square DH Deluxe Moist classic yellow cake with Ener-G egg substitute. The icing has Fleischmann's Unsalted margarine in place of butter. The mortarboard is made of gumpaste, the decorations are MMF as well as the book coverings. It scored high on looks with the client, waiting for feedback on taste. Serves 60 and I charged her $160 since I wasn't sure how well it would end up.
