I did this cake for my brother's wedding. Their colors were red, black and silver. All the flowers are gumpaste. The flowers are Red roses, Casa Blanca lilies, and stephinotis. The cake is covered in fondant, with black satin ribbon trim.

This is fondant covered with satin ribbon trim. The flowers are fresh orchids in white and black, with green spider mums and green and cream roses. This was a tricky cake because she had such unique shades of green.

4 tier square, all BC, bad photo (I know ... the lighting in the room was bad!), but it's iced in light pink, with white stringwork with silver dragees. Bride saw a similar cake in a magz and we used that for inspiration.

My first disaster! It was over 100 degrees outside and the buttercream began cracking and sliding down the cake before I left. I was in tears, but the reception and wedding were outside and there was nothing I could do to fix this! I loved how it looked before it started melting, though. I have learned to never again do a buttercream cake in July with an outside wedding!

This is a 3 tier square wedding cake I just set up on Saturday. The cake is a 16,12,8 The top tier is red velvet with vanilla BC, The Middle tier is an extreme chocolate with chocolate BC and the bottom tier is a almond cake filled with fresh raspberry cream. The cake is frosted in vanilla BC. This is my first 3 tier stacked cake. Of course because we went with BC the weather ended up in record breaking temperatures on this date :( But we made it happen. Thank you for looking :)

BC iced 4 tier square cake with a mixture of fresh and silk flowers. Airbrushed with sparkle dust. Pink dot design around the tops of each tier and I used florist ribbon because it is easier to crease. The 2nd tier from the bottom is a fake.

French Vanilla cake with french vanilla buttercream covered with MMF. There are small dots of light blue and green royal icing. I painted grass on the bottom cake and it is on a box surrounded by fake wheatgrass. This cake was a lot of fun to do.

this cake made me nervous as it was sitting not only in a window so you had to see ALL sides, but it was sitting up high in this window at a fancy country club, overlooking stairs and the entrance! Since the bride wanted NO design on the buttercream, I decided to go with a non crusting buttercream and smooth it. I didnt want any small little cracks. It turned out well! Those are real flowers and ribbon.

This is an Italian Cream cake (without the nuts due to allergies) with Cream Cheese Icing. Tiers are 14, 12, 10 and 6 in with 3 in pillars. When I left it was flowerless but the bride's mom sent this one to me for my album. Because of their delivery time requested this cake had to sit for 5 hours. I'm so thankful to Sugarshack for recommending a great icing recipe that would hold up to the FL heat & humidity!

6/8/10/14 squares, all BC with pink ribbon applied. Toppers are special ones made by bride and groom who are really into running (topper is joggers). Cakes are set flush in the far back corner ... there is a photo from the back view on my Flickr site to show the "flush" side of the cake. Please check that out also ... the Flickr pic also shows how the cake colors really matched the room decor!! Gorgeous, if I say so myself!
