Just made this for a friend of mine for her Daughters 3rd Birthday. She was having a Disney Princess party and wanted something pink, purple and blue with a feather boa and crown so this is what I came up with. Vanilla bottom with butter cream, strawberry top with cream cheese icing. :)

Used the Wilton kit for the turrets. Princesses are figurines.

A lot of hard work in this cake, wasn't entirely happy with the Snow white model, but it was well received

Second try at the doll cake. I was pretty proud. My favorite part was the sleeves. To make it look like the red was inset I first iced the shoulder red, then piped the light blue over it with tip 81 and tip 2 (for the "seams"). The cake was chocolate mud cake with cookies and cream filling and cream cheese frosting.

Dwarf cottage/scenery cake for a little princess' birthday. Two 9x13 cakes filled and stacked, and then another one cut in half and stacked. All buttercream with fondant accents. Except for the figurines and cottage dowels, it's all edible. On the front side is the entrance to the diamond mine and a mine cart filled with diamonds (rock candy crystals) on a track. Cottage is 2 6" square cakes, filled, stacked, carved, iced in buttercream with the cobblestone impression on it. River is lined with chocolate rocks. Around the cake board were the words to their song: "Heigh-Ho, Heigh-Ho, it's home from work we go". All these years, I thought they sang "It's off to work I go"...Lol. I'm pleased with how this turned out. I love the small elements such as the birds, the apples and the tools. Next to this cake, was a Snow White doll cake (should have taken more pics of her). TFL :-D

My daughter is in love with all the disney princesses so this was the cake I made for her 3rd birthday. Took a while to get all the towers decorated, but I loved the finished product!

Gumpaste tiara airbrushed silver. Everything else is MMF, except for store bought dolls.

My first doll cake! Used Wonder mold and both IMBC and regular buttercream. Next time I'll probably stick with fondant, it will probably be much easier!

This is a fruit cake i have made for my mum's birthday on Boxing day. As she lives a long way from me, i went with a fruit cake as it'll keep improving in the 2 months from me hiding it at her house to telling her where it is on her birthday!

I used a snow white barbie from the toy store and the mold for the doll cake on top of a round cake. Flowers are made from royal icing.

My version of the Cake Nouveau Snow White Cake. 9" and 7" cherry chip and chocolate chip cakes with vanilla buttercream, covered in fondant. The mom wanted the figurines (store bought) on the cake as well.

Frosty - All Buttercream - except for Frosty Figurine which is half fondant/gumpaste as well as snowflakes. Gingerbread cake and lemon buttercream filling. TFL!
