10" and 8" round. Buildings were made from gumpaste then placed along the outside of the 10" tier. Both Spiderman figures were provided by the customer and attached to the cake using a heavy gauge wire. Webs were made from candy melts but they melted at the party due to the summer heat. Gumpaste webs may work better. The board was covered in fondant and made to look like a street complete with cars and trucks.

Two tiers iced in blue buttercream and airbrushed in different shade of blue. Beach ball was made using Wilton's sports ball pan and covered in fondant. All decorations were fondant.

Five 6" round layers stacked and covered in fondant. I think a 4" round would have been a better option.

My client wanted a carrot cake decorated for her daughter's birthday. Cream cheese frosting is impossible to smooth so I went with the messy look and adorned it with a large purple flower made from sugarpaste.

6" double layer round chocolate cake with chocolate frosting (to achieve that "POO eating grin") covered in white fondant. All decorations were made from sugarpaste. Piping gel tinted blue in the toilet with a blob of chocolate frosting. The birthday boy's name is Scott so a package of Scott Tissue seemed appropriate.

I made this cake for my daughter's 18th birthday. She loves basketball and she loves the girly stuff too. So, this cake was just symbolized her the best. The shoe is edible with candy jewels on it.. I made them banana rum flavour.

Rainbow candy cake for 3rd birthday party. I colored each layer of the cake a different color of the rainbow. Bottom tier is all buttercream, middle tier is sprinkles with a ribbon around it and top tier is a giant cupcake. Liner made from chocolate candy melts. Then I decorated the cake with gumballs, lollipops and other candies.

Buttercream cake - chocolate on the inside! Not the final arrangement of flowers, this pic was taken at home, the 'real' flowers were freesias but they were waiting for me at the venue and I couldn't get a decent pic there.
