This was my 2nd fondant cake. I learned my lesson on this one that less is more. I think I went a little over board with the colors and flowers. LOL
I made the characters out of fondant and gum paste.

This was not a big budget cake. Lemon cake with basic white frosting. I hated this cake because of the million colors I had to make and I really hated doing the boarder. After I was done I wasn't even sure if I liked it or not. But thats why I have you ladies and gentlemen! So what do you think?

My nephew wanted a nascar cake for his 8th birthday and this is what I came up with. First time for an edible image and I gotta say, I liked it! Much easier and faster than painting or making fondant squares! His mom wanted twice as much cake as they really needed because people are always asking for more or my cake! I betcha know how good that makes me feel!!!!

This cake was made up of 5 cakes--4 11X15 and one 18" half round. Served 150-180. Made for a joint grad party for 9 grads....and it just barely fit through my doorway...luckily there were double doors at the venue :)!
