My daughter loves the band AFI, so I made her this cake for her birthday. It's the cover of one of their albums.

This was meant to look as though Pooh and friends were floating off in the sky in their basket. I didn't really like the name in the colourful blocks but the customer insisted on this. The characters are figurines made out of plastic.

Another try with marzipan. The head, torso, and hands are marzipan. The dress is cake (made in petite wonder mold) covered with fondant and royal icing trim. Flowers are fondant. Suggestions welcome. Thanks.

I made this a few years back for Easter...this was before I got into cake decorating. I believe it was from a Betty Crocker recipe?? Made from an 8 inch round, coated with coconut, the ears are construction paper, eyes are jelly beans.

Made this for my grandniece's birthday. Was insipired by a few from here. It is made with Black "white chocolate fondant". All is fondant covered cake except the brim. It is a covered cake circle, I cut out the center so the rabbit would set down on the cake (more dimension). Thank all you cake decorators for sharing your creations.

This cake was made for a 10 yr boy who loves to play Disney's Toon Town Online. I had never heard of it before but I guess it is really popular with the kids now. It is a choc cake with cookies and cream filling piped on bc and then smoothed with the viva paper towel method. The ears are gumpaste. Thanks for looking!!

I got the idea for this from the Wilton 1993 Yearbook. Animals, star, and shutters are RI. Lights are rainbow chips, door handle is a gold dragee. Everything else is BC. Sorry the pic isn't very clear - I'm a terrible photographer! Thanks for looking - Merry Christmas!

This was for my friend's granddaughter who was turning 3 years old. Bunny themed party, so bunny themed cake! It is WASC with IMBC, then covered in Michelle Foster's fondant. It was a big hit!

They requested a bunny with floppy ears and patches... The body is carved from round cakes, and the head is rice krispies... this was quite a bit bigger than my last bunny

It's the Easter Bunny! My mom and I use to make this bunny when I was a little girl except we used coconut and different types of candy. I used colored butter cream icing and sugar crystals on the ears. He is made of 2-8 inch cake pans. One is cut to make the ears and bow. The ears and bow ice better when they are frozen.

We had so much fun making this cake! The cake is spice cake with blackberry filling and cream cheese frosting (absolutely yum!) and the 'critters' and flowers are made from MMF, not the best thing for making figures but it was all I had. Miss 13 made the rabbit (thanks to Liis' guide) Miss 11 made the squirrel and the most adorable moose I've ever seen (thanks to sbachorosk) I made the tree stump, flowers, bird and teddy (thanks to Liis again) Every time I look at the cake I giggle, we love it :)

RKT Rabbit w/fishing line whiskers.
He was almost perfect until I tried to smooth a spot under his eye & the fondant cracked. Oh well! He's still cute. Look at those eyes! :)

Half Sheet cake decorated in an Herb Garden Theme. This is half German Chocolate cake & half White cake with Buttercream Icing. The arbor, signs, rabbit, garden hoe & wide brim hat are all gumpaste. The picket fence posts are all decorated sugar cookies. The herb bushes are piped Royal icing set on top of an Oreo cookie bed of dirt. The couple had a brown stone path through their garden - I used a combination of brown & white sugar. Thanks for looking!
