I used the Wilton 3-d ball pan to make this pumpkin cake. The cake itself is Italian Creme cake (YUM) and cream cheese frosting... decadent!

This was the first fondant figure I've ever made. I dusted him with luster dust for some color, except his eyes, which I just painted the tiniest pieces fondant with black coloring gel. Everthing else was made with buttercream, including the veggies (I'm sure you can tell). If I would have had more time, I would have given him a fondant fence, but I felt I was too new at it to really "go for it"... maybe I should have =) Thanks for looking!

no fail sugar cookies with Antionia's Royal icing... I used to "strongly dislike" baking sugar cookies because of the HUGE flour mess. I LOVE CC and all of the great tips esp. the roll the dough between wax paper and then chill.... I am now on my way to being a sugar cookie addict.

I made this cake for a friend. It is the first cake I have ever decorated. The icing is a buttercream recipe passed down through the family over the years.

Fall themed cookies. These were a lot of fun. The possiblities are limitless when it comes to decorating cookies and cakes...what an underappreciated art form! I love it!

Thanks to sue_dye for the inspiration for this one. I entered this into our local fair today. Three 8 inch layers with shaved 6 inch layer as lid. Royal flowers, indian corn and cattails. MMF ghost with food writers used for eyes. First time I actually made the "daisies" (brown eyed susies) the right way. I had to dowl the lid but since I had to have it "All Edible," I used a candy stick! I hope it holds it, it has to last a week on display! I wanted to use the Jack-o face but I thought it would be too much
