This was a save from a total disaster cake. It started out as a two-tiered pooh and piglet but as I was backing out of the driveway, I lost the top tier. No central dowel. Lesson learned. This one was almond cream cheese pound cake with vanilla buttercream and chocolate fondant. Royal icing bees and flowers, fondant figure and blanket.

I've made this one before, but it was over a year ago and I've learned a lot since then (especially the smoothing technique). This was for a customer's son's 1st birthday. Funfetti cake (12" round base, pooh & pooh's cake). She requested that I use cake for Pooh's little cake instead of cookies like Wilton's design, so that she could just use it as her son's smash cake. All buttercream icing.

Rabbit, Piglet and basket are toys. The roof and windows are wafer biscuits cut into small pieces. NOT one of my best efforts!

This was for my nephew's baby shower and my SIL-to-be. I designed the image by using images that I found online and then meshed them all together. It was all buttercream and the cake was a Darn Good Chocolate Cake by the Cake Dr. It went quick!

This is my first cake for someone other than family. I made a chocolate fudge cake with butter cream icing. The little figurines are not edible but I thought they were easier to use than making fondant ones. It was a big hit and have had several women wanting one for their parties.

This was one of the simplest cakes I have made.I simply cut the shape out of a chocolate sheet cake, and coloured it in.I put a tad too much red in the icing though which resulted in poor Pooh looking like hes eaten too many carrots!

I made this for a one year old who loves winnie the pooh. I found a pic on google and traced in onto my crumb coat, then piped stars to fill it in. I did balloons to go with it...not shown here. This is only the 4th cake I have ever done....I need to take a course.

I made this pooh cake with lots of inspiration from CC. The tree is made from fudge stripe cookies and a sweet sixteen donut, all accents and flowers buttercream. The mom loved the cake. Had loads of fun doing this cake.

Winnie the Pooh baby shower cake. The pooh was made from the small bear pan. The tree is 4 sandwich cookies and a ball of rice krispie treats and then covered in buttercream on the trunk and leaves. The ladybugs and bees are from royal icing, which is the first time I have done that. One cake is carrot and the other vanilla w/ strawberries and pudding. It says " A New Hunny To Love" which I got from someones cake on here (thanks :).

I made this cake for GG 2nd b'day, all buttercream and I made Pooh cookies as well, no-fail sugar cookies and Antonia's icing (in the cookie gallery). I think it was 50/50 in popularity as the cookies went really fast as well. Yellow cake with dulce de leche filling and smash cake is white with raspberry filling. Thanks for looking!

Here is a picture of another cake that I did for my daughter's 3rd birthday. I used the buttercream frosting and the Wilton Winnie the Pooh cake pan. Cute cake but somewhat time consuming!

I made this for my niece's first birthday. Instead of using frosting to outline, I used melted Ghiradelli chocolate in a frosting bag. Delicious with the frosting!
