10" and 6" iced in buttercream with MMF stripes and rainbow for my niece's 2nd birthday. I had polka dots to put on it too but I wasn't sure if it would make it too busy...but looking at it now, I think it looks too plain. Oh well. Thanks for looking.

I made 12 of these total - 6 each to be wrapped and placed in a gift box. There are 2 each of NFSC, NFSC with chocolate chips and gingerbread. Iced with Royal icing and an edible image. I made these for an Equine meeting that I am attending next week as one of the sales reps, I will be giving the baskets away as door prizes.

My daughter's 4th birthday cake. It's as close as I could get to a replica of the Crystal Rainbow Castle. Dark chocolate fudge w/ mocha filling, dark chocolate fudge with chocolate filling, and french vanilla w/ strawberry filling - iced in buttercream.

Decorations are fondant and frosting. The coloring of the horse was based on a picture of the (lucky!) little girl's own horse. It's hard to see in this photo, but it's a 2-tier cake with the flowers spilling down onto the lower tier.

Made this cake for my grandaughter's 4th birthday. A lot of mistakes happened with this cake, but next time, I would do this differently. The round cake is lopsided because I think the square cake was not perfectly even on top. The towers were put in place with royal icing, but it looks messy. But everyone enjoyed the cake anyway. All buttercream with fonadant towers and accents.

Butter cake with buttercream frosting. Upside down ice cream sugar cones for the "castle." Cake was so moist that frosting was very messy (despite trying to chill cake in fridge). Very first attempt at anything more than a sheet cake...!

My daughter wanted ponies on her cupcakes, so I used a chocolate mold and spaghetti noodles to hold it up so it would be entirely edible.

This was done for a baby shower, with the theme, "Little Buckaroo". It was fun, but the hat was so heavy, that it was falling off the head! Another cake done with my sister!

My 2 year old daughter picked out the topper for my 74 year old grandma. Grandma was excited to get such a wonderful cake. Just a plain old butter cake with BCF. My grandpa paid me $30 for this cake....which is way more than I would have ever charged or paid for myself. But.......Hope you enjoy!

The birthday girl wanted a My LIttle Pony cake. My skills are not yet advanced enough to make a pony out of cake, so I opted for a sky scene instead. The cake was chocolate and was filled with a cookies and cream filling. Canned vanilla icing was colored and used for the sky scene and top. There's also a purple border around the top and bottom, and the purple was much more vivid than they appear in this pic. September 2007. TFL.
