Covered in pink fondant, brown ribbons from dark chocolate fondant. The pink ribbons on top of the cake and the daisies are made of gumpaste and dusted with orchid pink pearl dust. The thin lines are piped with pink buttercream, I don't like them, next time I'll use fondant for a cleaner line. But hey, it was just for practice :)

Choc cake w/ Godiva White Choc mousse filling. Bottom is cake, top is a dummy. Iced in BC with fondant accents. Booze bottle is molded choc.

This cake was for a little girl who just became a big sister. All the attention goes to the baby, so when I went over to see the new baby I made this for her(she was so excited because she loves my cakes). All BC except the bear and wagon are made of Fondant/gumpaste.

I used the idea from another CCer, can't remember their name, but thank you. I used the clients color scheme from a notebook and that she mentioned her daughter was her star grown up. So sweet. Thanks for looking :)

Thanks so much to Ckkerber for a lot of the ideas I used on this cake....I was stumped. It is an 8" on top of a 7" 2 layer, twice torted triple Chocolate cake with my Chocolate version of BC Dream. The chocolate fondant is aprox. a 25/75 mix of fondant to chocolate clay. The pink is Toba's fondant with extra vanilla and extra glycerin. The shoes and their ribbons and the sign are made with a 50/50 blend of Wilton fondant and Wilton pre-made gumpaste.

This is what happens when you ask your DH to let you make your own cake! It took me soooo long to narrow down my "cakes I have been wanting to try making" list. Then I had it stacked and frozen, and went to a home show. We were gone about 3hours longer then I thought! Oops! Decorated a frozen block of cake in no more then and hour and a half! LOL Never Again! Chocolate clay & Toba's fondant in vanilla. Triple Chocolate Cake with Chocolate Dream Buttercream.

Valentine cookies! White and Red dough cookies are NFSC and the Chocolate cookies are made from the Rolled Chocolate Sugar Cookie recipe. All cookies are covered in homemade Cherry fondant and Chocolate Fondant. Happy Valentines Day and TFL! :)

This is only my third fondant covered cake. Inspired by nefgaby's brown and blue cake. Made this for my daughter's 12th birthday, was a lot of fun.
