This was for my daughter's 7th birthday. She wanted to have a flip flop party. 6" and 8" are devils food and 10" is WASC. All three are covered in bc with fondant flip flops and candy melt letters. It was quite a hit at the party.

First Birthday for a boy and a girl. Had trouble with 2 different tiaras for the girl and ran out of time for drying so I had to use a toy tiara. The crown and tiara are sitting on the smash cakes. Inspiration came from tiny_dancer and sarahnichole975, thank you.

Birthday cake for a little girl's 3rd birthday. The party was being held at a pavilion with an indoor carousel, and it was my first big cake for someone that wasn't a friend or family member and it was my first car delivery. The base of the carousel and and the green petal it sits on are cake. Major Stress! The carousel canopy is a cake dummy carved to shape. The whole cake is covered in fondant and gum paste accents and flowers with some royal icing piping painted gold. The pink portion ended up being a lot darker than I intended. I used pink gel color thinned with vodka to paint the pink parts. Overall, I am really happy with the way this turned out as I wasn't sure I would be able to pull it off.

Friend wanted a half happy birthday and half happy father's day cake. Birthday was for his mom. The only info I got was "make it kinda big, BC icing, mom likes pink, balloons and flowers. Dad likes cattle and beer." This is what I came up with. Marble chocolate and vanilla cake, BC icing. Flowers and cow heads are gum paste. Barbed wire is fondant. Very interesting to say the least

This is a WASC cake with MMF accents. First time to make black MMf, it wasn't too bad just added cocoa then the black coloring. I made a gumpaste 16 to put on top later at the party. TFL!

This cake was Vanilla filled wit Buttercream and then covered in MMF . It was my first time attempting such a cake . This one is one of two . I am not impressed by the way it turned out ... It was slanting way too much . All of learning on these two . The thing I don't get is that I did two pratice runs with the proper dowels and such . And still had a hard time .Oh might I add I needed to redo the decorations on site cause they broke TFL :(

This is a 10 inch 2-layer cake iced in buttercream with lots of marshmallow fondant accents. It was my first attempt at making a fondant bow...and I didn't allow enough dry time for the loops before I had to assemble the bow. So, they drooped a bit...oh well, I covered it up with a sweet little flower!

I have friends that are sisters and that are BOTH pregnant with TWINS! So, they had a double baby shower, and this is the cake I created for them. It is an 11x15" sheet cake iced in buttercream with 4" square "gifts" on top, representing each baby on the way. The gifts are cake covered in marshmallow fondant. All the decorations are MMF as well.
