Baby shower cake for a little girl. The cake is lemon with lemon buttercream, and I made pink MMF to cover and used gumpaste to make the owls, flowers, branches, and leaves.

First layer is white cake mix, and a drop of pink food coloring was added to each subsequent layer to make the light to dark look. Used cream cheese whipping cream frosting, which worked perfectly!

I put together several different techniques I found from several different cakes. I made it to be displayed in a wedding planner's office. My idea was so show brides something different than anything that has be done around here...I hope it goes over well with potential clients!

My first try at the infamous "Baby Rump" cake! Rump is cake and legs/feet are RKT. Cricut for the letters. It actually came together better then I thought it would!

The booties on this cake were made of fondant. The cross was fondant encrusted in gold crystals. The necklace was made of gold and white pearls and the cake was covered in fondant sprinkled with disco glitter. Hope you guys enjoy it :)

Baby Shower cake for a couple at church who were pregnant with their 8th child...all prior boys until this one. I volunteered to do this cake when I thought it was going to be a small shower, but then the guest list just kept growing!

Done for a friends friend. Yellow cake with strawberry kiwi flavored home made butter-cream. Baby booties were done from gum-paste and petal and shimmer dusted. Roses are butter-cream and meringue. Thanks to all for the inspiration on other cakes and to the one who posted the booties pattern. TFL

White buttercream frostint with pastel dots piped with rose buttercream. Fondant safari animals (tiger, elephant, giraffe, monkey, lion and frog. Fondant palm trees, butterflies and Celebration placque. To raise the top teir I use plastic supports and 2" styrofome balls covered in pink fondant. White Cake with fresh strawberry filling! Cake was a hit!
