A lady at work was retiring and I decided to make her a cake. Since we work for the 'telephone' company I made a little retro style phone and added to the top. Also added a white fondant flower to the front. Chocolate cake with whipped chocolate ganache filling, and white buttercream icing (smoothed out with paper towel). She loved it!

I made this cake for a little girl who was turning eight and loved the Cheetah Girls. The cake is carved sponge covered in frosting. All accent pieces except for the cd case are fondant. The cd case is sugar.

Yellow cake carved like phone covered in mmf. The handle is gumpaste. I learned a LOT from this cake and will do things differently next time, however, the lady LOVED her cake!!!

This was for my step daughter 30th birthday, first time making a purse cake and have only done a couple of fondant cakes, I wish my fondant was smoother but all in all it turned out ok...

Friend asked me to do an Iphone cake based off her partners actual Iphone. each app is hand carved and put together piece by piece. Chocolate cake. Fondant cover and decorations.

11/15 vanilla marble cake with ganache filling. icing is BC, shoe is gumpaste brushed with pearl dust, and the rest of the items are made from fondant.

the client that ordered this cake asked for something that would be cool to give to the supervisors at the call center that he runs, this is what I came up with. white cake with strawberry filling and buttercream. The buttons and screen are an edible image, the rest is hand painted. I cut the buttons outs of the image and put them each individually on a peice of fondant then cut them out. this made them stick up off of the cake and look more like buttons.

Once again, I way underestimated how long this cake would take! I am really happy with it though. The cake is an 11 x 15 dark chocolate WASC with strawberry buttercream filling. The phone is fondant and RI for writing. TFL!!!

All buttercream frosting. Yellow & Chocolate Marble cake. Chocolate/peanutbutter guitar, chocolate microphone with disco dust, chocolate music notes. The black piano keys are edible shimmer ribbons. Fun cake to make. TFL

This phone was made for my niece who turned 13. She wanted a lime green cell phone for her birthday. This was the only one that she got. It was made after a moterola flip phone. The screen is made out of fondant.

This was my first steampunk cake and it was...interesting! It's a laptop with matching cell phone, all made of fondant and gumpaste. Cake is WASC with chocolate buttercream icing. Yum!

Copied my husbands blackberry for his b-day. Waaay harder and more time consuming than I thought it would be! Choc WASC with whipped BC and Rhondas ultimate MMF (my apostrophe still doesnt work!) All edible.

Fondant covered Ipod cake. The screen is a printed edible image of the birthday girl doing the ipod commercial pose holding an ipod. Ear phones are fondant painted with watered food coloring.

I think this is from a TV show. the cake is a stack made up of 6 layers of 6" square cakes. there is internal supports and card board between each 2 layers and a dowel down through all layers into a thick cardboard base. the only fondant is on the "roof". For 3D buttercream we charge $5 per serving there are 54 servings in this cake. Good luck.

Books are 9x13x3 (fat daddios). Bake one chocolate cake, torte, fill w/vanilla b/c, cover w/Fondx fondant, air brush blue, and blot w/paper towel. Bake one yellow cake, torte, fill w/chocolate b/c and cover w/Fondarific Chocolate fondant.. The pages are different, the bottom layer is b/c and the top is Fondarific b/c fondant. Use, clean card stock (edges) to make page lines on both. I use boba tea straws to support the top cake. The mega phone is made of 3 vanilla cakes, 5x3, 7x3, & 9x3 (fat daddios), torte, fill with b/c, boba tea straws support, cover w/Fondx fondant, and air brush. I use foam core board instead of card board. Dowel and you are finished. TFL!

the little girl wanted a pink makeup barbie cake! :) she wanted it all pink, so i had to come up with a several shades of pink.love the way the photo came out but the picture doesnt show the colors, but theres fushia, hotpink, light pink and a rose pink. all the pieces are chocolate and cake was chocolate--yummy! everything else was buttercream thanks for looking:)

Made this for a college grad who's favorite thing in the world is his iPhone. The apps are are a combination of the standard apps found on all iPhones and some of the Graduate's favorite things.

the cake is a replica of a cell phone and the background. the bird photo is an edible image, cake is about 36" long, covered in fondant. Inside cake is combo of 4 cakes- chocolate, citrus pound cake, and red velvet.
