I love doing clean and simple wedding cakes. Dagrees were handmade with fondant and colored in aztec gold. Left without seeing the topper on the cake. TFL!!

This was my first attempt at a gumpaste tiara, quilting pattern & pillow cake. Was so nervous but was pleased with the outcome. Wish the tiara had a nicer shiney look, please help if anyone has suggestions. Inspiration was from so many different ones here on CC.

12"9"6" tiers in fondant with handpainted pattern in silver lustre, middle tier has a handpainted strip of silver with a purple ribbon overlay and a pearl and diamante buckle at front and back, toppers are perspex aith diamante detailing hand made cake stand i made for this cake

This was ordered for a lady who loves her two cats...calls them her girls....it is an 8" round mango flavored cake with banana mousse & filling & iced in mango BC. The cats & plaque are fondant mixed with tylose, the little pink flowers on the sides & the 'cat's leis' are white chocolate, colored pink, a few silver dragees add a little sparkle. I really goofed when taking the pictures!! I used a black background!! I should have used something else.

Client asked for a flower theme for her 30th birthday cake. Couldn't find a small enough pan for the top layer (she didn't want but just a 6 inch on top) so I carved it. Vanilla cake, strawberry fluff filling and buttercream icing.

This is my first attempt at a two-tier fondant cake. The cake is the Yellow cake Durable cake recipe with chocolate chip filling and the bottom tier in mandarin orange filling. Lots to learn yet!

Got the idea out of the new Wilton yearbook, but mixed it up a little. Mostly fondant. Quilting pattern was freehanded with buttercream. Thanks for looking.

I made this for a friends Granddaughter. Its WASC with strawberry filling & buttercream under MMF. It was fun to do, but I've really got to learn time management with cake decorating. I'm always so rushed so its not as clean as I would like. Enjoy!

Sheet cake made for Windows 7 Launch Party! Cake is chocolate, with chocolate filling and covered in white BC. The "7" is Windows 7 pattern made of fondant. Dell employee was pleased with my creation (although it was easy).

9" round covered in chocolate fondant. Made the mistake of rolling it out on mat and then just flipping mat over onto cake. As you can see there are many bubbles present that captured the cornstarch and try as I might I couldn't clean them out. So don't turn over the fondant, roll it up and back out again. This was first time doing fondant ruffles, and using the stencils and rollers to create the border and kerchief pattern. Also practicing my fondant roses for that looming final project.

very 1st cake, course 1. piping gel pattern transfer. this looked great until I wrote on it! I was surprised that we started on our cakes 15 mins before class ended. I had to do the bottom border in my car in my church parking lot. It looked naked so I put the church name on it too......and made it look bad. whoops!

Designed by the 15 y/o for whom the cake was for. Turned out ok. My first attempt at piping a pattern. Thinking I should have done it in MMF and painted the pattern on. TFL!

This cake was made for three women friends in their early 30's who were all a month apart from each other. I did not know there was a shoe making pattern out there, so I am pretty proud of my shoe. This was inspired by a cake I saw on CC, so who ever made one like it, thank you for the inspiration!!!! Chocolate with chocolate frosting, white fondant and black fondant zebra accents, the flowers were hand punched and painted on with edible gold shimmer. Most fun cake to work on!

This cake was made for a 'Mommy Shower'. Triple chocolate cake with turtle filling covered in chocolate fondant. Leaves were fondant. Piping was done in decorators cream cheese frosting.

This is my first valentines cake...I have to say that I really hate coloring fondant red :)...the second layer has a quilting pattern on it and I made gumpaste ribbon roses and painted them with silver pearl dust.
