The maid of honor ( her sister ) and the groom's sister threw a tea party bridal shower. After much inspiration from fellow CCers I made this cake and other desserts ( plus the flower arrangements ). French vanilla bean white, filled with white chocolate mousse and fresh strawberries, with Rhonda's Ultimate MMF.

Gumpaste fantasy flowers with sugar spinkles in center.
I hand piped a design I got from a lampshade in my daughter's room. I tried to trace, but it was easier just to freehand it.
Milk choclate cake with fudge icing and milk chocloate fondant made from white fondant, black/brown color, milk chocolate and light corn syrup.
Served it at school for morning tea and got 5 cake orders!

This cake was inspired by a cake I saw on CC. Thanks! I thought this one turned out really well. I used butter cream icing to ice the cake and do the borders and accents around the pool, the water is colored piping gel , the flowers, people in the pool, chairs, scandals, umbrella and towels are all MMF.

Oh I had so much fun doing this one. I got the flower idea out of the galleries, but I didn't save the photo so I don't know who did it sorry! This was the first cake that I was unable to deliver myself and I was a nervous wreck until I heard it made it ok. I made it so that no parts had to be assembled on site, and that they didn't have to return any pieces to me (another challenge in itself) But I love this cake! I think it will be going near the top for my favorites.

This was for my daughter, who just joined swim team. She wanted a pool party theme for her party. All decorations are in buttercream. Pool water is piping jell (a first time making that, for me). Sand/dirt around pool is crushed graham crackers.

This was my first boob cake I did for my brother-in-law :) It was fun to make. I wanted to embellish and put a bra or something on it, but my husband wanted it just like it is. The guys all had a blast with it. I used the 3D Ball pan for the breasts.

I made this for my nieces 5th birthday. She was having a princess tea party and her mother wanted at tea pot for the cake. This was my first one and it was a tiring experience. I learned some things on what to do and what not to do.

This was a challenge! How to combine the two into one cake! I had a hard time coming up with the dance party cake, but knew what I wanted to do for the pool party. This is my first attempt at sugar people, and boy is it tough! Lots of toothpicks!

These are devils food with marshmallow filling, covered in green vanilla icing. The tongues are candy strips cut to size and forked on one end. The eyes are gummy "googly eyes" and the backs of the eyes are jelly filled marshmallow disks, sprayed green. The gummy eyes are stuck to the marshmallow disks with piping gel and secured into the cakes with toothpicks. These were for my son's fourth grade frog themed end of year party.

Cake done for a 12 year old girl. Pillows made from marshmallow stuffed fondant, 'girls' made from fondant, blanket fondant and then 'painted'. Underneath are cereal bars and fruit roll ups for the bodies (I was trying to work with what I had - lol). Please tell me you can tell that's leopard print?! Should I change the blanket? It just looked so plain, so I took the print on the invite and ran with it.
