8 inch square cake. Handpainted the fondant. Gumpast details. Thank-you Lueet for the inspiration and the help to create this cake. My dh LOVED it, I even managed to suprise him with it for Father's Day. Not easy to do!

Tiny Meg had a "princess tea party" and her grandmother asked me to make a cake for her. The cake was inspired by a cake I found on the web, but I tweaked it a bit, added the fondant crown, make-up, and wand. WASC with alternating layers of whipped madagascar vanilla butter cream and caramel buttercream.

I was asked to do a 18th birthday/graduation/going off to university & travelling cake for a suprise party. The guest of honour loves dark purple, shoes and nail polish... this is the design I came up with and am really happy. All accents are made of either fondant or gumpaste. TFL

Hammer, nails and 6" ruler made of cake and a board covered with fondant. (Had some extra fondant laying around and decided to get imaginative.)

I probably should have made more tools. Oh well.... I will have to warn the customer about the red airbrushing on this one...the humidity is evidently making it remain tacky instead of perfectly dry.

Wood toolbox cake and accessories for my brother-in-law's birthday. Chocolate cake with maraschino cherry filling. Cream filling and strawberry fondant. All accents fondant. Thanks to the great CC'ers for the tape measure inspiration.

Cake I made for my husband's 32nd birthday. Tools are hand molded, I didn't have a mold to make tools. I literally went into his tool box to see what he had. Which tools were the easiest to make. Everything is MMF fondant. Top layer of cake is orange bottom is butter.

Bottom is 9" cookies & cream. Top is Chocolate Chip Orange, Iced in BC with fondant accents. Purse is rice krispies. Had a very hard time with the BC!

Wilton 3D teddy bear in chocolate cake, 10in round wasc. Candy tools, fondant hard hat, overalls, caution tape, and nails. I thought this was such a cute idea and theme for a baby shower, my favorite was the little nails in the front pocket.

Vanilla cake with vanilla BC. The cabinet is RKT with gumpaste outer. The tools are all gumpaste. The wood design on the side was done with a paintbrush, then airbrushed.

I made this vanilla cake for my niece's 6th birthday. She was so excited when she saw it and wouldn't let her sister eat any of the fondant makeup pieces. The cake and RKT face cream jar are covered with Buttercream and all the makeup/decorations are fondant. This was my first and possibly last bag/purse cake - it was a near disaster but thankfully held together. TFL.

This cake was for a make-up themed party where all the girls got make-overs. The cupcakes are chocolate with caramel filling and strawberry. The icing is buttercream, and all make-up pieces are fondant. Thanks to Granpam for the inspiration.
