This is a different version of the candy cake I've made in the past. This is for a little boy who loves the Boston Bruins so I added hockey sticks and made the Bruins lollipop out of gumpaste. 9" & 7" rounds covered in bc with fondant accents.

I made these for my friends birthday. They were red velvet cheesecake pops. Red Velvet cake balls wrapped in cheesecake rolled in gram cracker crumbs dipped in chocolate. These were a HUGE hit! I have gotten several orders for cake pops since I made these.

Birthday girl wanted a cake with all her favorite candy...Starburst, Skittles, Jolly Rancher, and lollipops. Happy Birthday, Ellery, and 6 "lollipops" made of 50/50 fondant,gumpaste mix. Hand speckled and hand lettered with sugar around the edges.

Vanilla cake pops made with my Babycakes appliance, dipped in melted chocolate and rolled in coconut and pecans. Some only have pecans and some only have coconut.

Both tiers are covered w/BC, using fondant animals (cookie cutter painted when dry) and name. Purchased lollipop. You can't see them but I also a giraffe and a hippo.

I made this for the NYO UES Launch party held at Dylan's Candy Bar. It was a lot of fun to make, but it meant I wouldn't sleep for a few night before the party. lol. TFL.

Fondant-covered carrot cake with cream cheese frosting. Fondant candy and M&Ms. The ice cream 'accident' is a cake pop based on the Bakerella version. I saw a version of this cake by Andrea Schwarz on Cakewrecks Sunday Sweets, but I don't have a website to link to. Thank you, Andrea!

Baby Rattle Cupcakes for Baby Shower. Star tip #21 was used to top the cupcakes, tip #47 (smooth side) used for the center line, then placed 3 candies on the center, last... lollipop stick with lifesaver candy at bottom. Cupcakes with yellow circle were made with tip #199.

Made this for my mother-in-law bday. It was my first attempt at making my own mmf and it was a definate learning curve. MMF got a little droopy but all in all it turned out decent. It was strawberry cake with vanilla frosting. Gumdrops, Lollipops, candies and swags all made out of fondant.
