This was for two cousins who are big fans of Justin Bieber. I copied the design from a photo of a cake they found online. Everything is fondant. The frame and stars are gumpaste.

This was my first cake i made using the "cricut cake" ! Please do not pay attention to my fondant work, I was so excited to test my new cricut out i just slapped it all together to play ! I am very happy with the cricut cake ! I first tried to use my homade fondant recipe and it didnt work at all ! I ended up buying wilton gumpase and that works wonders !

This cake is my version of a Sylvia Weinstock cake that was made for the May 2010 issue of "O" magazine (Oprah's Magazine). All layers were 3" high. The bottom is a 12" square, the middle tier is 3-8" cakes stacked and the top tier is 6" square. It is iced in buttercream. All accents, including the dots, letters, and ribbon roses are made of fondant.

Srabble pieces, stands & flowers all made of fondant... Cupcakes 1/2 chocolate with choc. cream filling & 1/2 Vanilla with vanilla cream filling... TYFL! ;)

This is just a small little something my friend asked for, for her baby shower. It is just a Chocolate cake with CANNED chocolate frosting at her request. Pink fondant letters LMB "LYNDSEY MAE BRIDGERS." She is a chocolate fan but mainly likes the frosting in a can, and seeing how my feelings wouldn't be hurt about not having to pull out my mixer and make a huge mess i was all for it. Also the flowers are real i just cut some straws and stuck them in the cake and then added the flowers in the straws.

This cake was the biggest I had ever done, in my small kitchen (6''-8''-10''-12''-14'' all of 5''-6'' high)... and it was a nightmare to transport to the reception venue!!! It cracked while in the van, it was wabbly when I got there, and a piece of fondant fell off one tier. I desperately needed the flowers to cover up the mess! It ended up looking 'fine'. I wished I wouldn't have needed as much flowers, as it looked a little too much like a bush for my taste, but it did the trick. The letters were also a blessing for covering up some of the cracks. I will never do such a big cake like this and will stick to the 3 or 4 tiers! Lesson learnt ;)

11x15 yellow cake cut out in the shape of the letter V. I hand made pearls and a pearl necklace to put around the cake, I also use buttercream icing to decorate the cake.

All decorations are fondant, except igloo, which is cake inside, covered with fondant. Frosting is buttercream. Snow is powdered sugar.

This jacket was done all in buttercream with fondant on the sleeves and the trim around the neck, cuffs, waist, and letter and numbers were also fondant.

12X18 WASC Candyland gameboard. 6" 2 layer WASC smash cake for little girls first birthday. Iced and decorated with BC icing. BC lollipops and "peppermint" striped Candyland letters. Fondant daisy with pint center.
