Christian Louboutin animal print pumps with red sole and shoe box. I did the shoes two days in advance and worked on each step individually,but that did not help anything becaus an hour before pickup the shoe broke then not too long after one broke, the second one broke.... Originally the shoe was to be displayed with the sole showing hence the slight indentations on the top of the box but I had to think fast and make it work! I salvaged the parts that had the animal print which I knew I had no time to hand paint over.

This cake is a 12x18x4 chocolate cake with vanilla buttercream filling. It is completely covered in fondant. Customer requested it match invitations for her mother's birthday. She was actually turning 55, but she refuses to age more than 50. I used Fondarific fondant for the first time and really enjoyed working with it. TFL

Here's a birthday cake I made for a lady who loves leopard print. The cake was a dark chocolate malt cake with chocolate malt candy crushed in the batter with a cherry vanilla butter cream. The cake is covered in fondant and the bow is fondant too. I hand painted the leopard print. What do you think?

Grandaughter's birthday cake. 9 in. hexagon, 6 in. round, 4in, square. All buttercream icing. First 3 tiered stacked cake. Thanks to micki5326 for a starting idea. She liked your wedding cake but wanted poky outy things.

First attempt at fondant bow--DISASTER--too heavy-almost sank the ship!! But, overall cake turned out fine for my friend's birthday. Buttercream with fondant accents and painted on leopard print.

ok so this was my second EVER cake disaster!!! thank God i snapped this picture...i had planned on taking the finished product once i got it to its location and was all pretty with everything...well...during the trip it totally fell apart!!! so embarrassing...thank God it was for family!!! anyway lesson learned....

Photos taken with a cellphone. Sorry about the quality! Ugh!!!! Customer provided cake topper (utilized for generations - they had to use it!!!). All other decorations are made of MMF. Flowers are gumpaste (original design - no such flower).

I finally had a reason to try out my first GP shoe for a cake! I forgot to cut out a template to use, so the sole shape is not so great, but It was fun to do! I was inspired by the gorgeous animal print shoes from 2muchsugar and tuffstuff. Pina Colada flavored cake with a coconut whipped frosting. Shoe is GP with fondant accents, platform and zebra stripes are fondant. Sugar crystals and store-bought sugar jewels.

This is one of the two first fondant cakes that I have made (I made two cakes in one day the first time). It is a vanilla cake with burgundy swirls in it. It is all made from fondant. I had a birthday party for my stepdaughter and her bestfriend on the same day, her bestfriend Rochelle loves leopard print. This was her 19th birthday cake.

8-6-4 Bottom 2 layers are WASC and top layer is spice cake...all filled with buttercream. Covered in marshmallow fondant with fondant accents.

this was a cake I made for a friend. I made it from a picturere she gave me. I had a blast with it. Its made it using a a half sheet and devided up in 3 parts. Made the shoe.too and everything else

10" & 6" French vanilla filled with pineapple chiffon filling. Iced w/white chocolate ganache and covered in MFF. All decorations gumpaste. This cake was patterned after the invitation. The leopard design was hand painted. The baby was from a mold and detailed with petal dust. The flowers are hydrangeas. The letters were a cutter set that was made for the letters to be interlocking.

For a friend's daughter. She requested the cheetah/leopard & giraffe prints with turquoise accents. Inspired by a few different cakes on CC. Whipped cream icing with piped chocolate and modeling chocolate accents.
