I made this cake for my brother's wedding. Lemon cake with raspberry filling. 10", 8" and 6". Also made 8 dozen cupcakes in 4 flavours. Colour coded leaf for each flavour ; ) Chocolate, vanilla, red velvet and carrot all with vanilla buttercream icing.

This was for my bff. I made it in ONE day!!! and had no rolling pin to roll out my fondant! It's all mmf and black candy clay branches. and it was super humid! But I still love how it turned out. Top tier is german chocolate w coconut caramel filling and ganache. middle tier is Red velvet cream cake w cream cheese frosting. and bottom tier is half dark chocolate layers and half white layers with raspberry pastry filling and dark chocolate ganache!! all from scratch.. all in one day! 12-9-6- and the tiers are all 5 inches tall!

This cake was my final project for my 2nd level of Wilton cake classes, Flowers and Cake Design. For variety, I made a lemon cake filled and iced with homemade buttercream. I used previously made royal icing flowers that I had learned throughout my classes and practiced at home to decorate my cake, including roses, apple blossoms, primroses, daffodils, crysanthemums, violets, and rosebuds, (and some buttercream roses for my mom) along with piped leaves. I also used a basketweave border I learned that day, and a shell border learned in Decorating Basics to bring my cake to completion.

Pumpkin is orange cream cake, vanilla bc and skeleton is chocolate cake, both covered in fondant and all details are made with fondant with cmc. Sugarviel for the spiderweb. I donated this cake to my mother-laws Sons of Norway Heritage Fair.

This cake was for a special lady's 50th birthday. The ribbon roses are made from fondant and hand-rolled. The stems are also green fondant.

4 offset tiered wedding cake frosted with vanilla buttercream, with fondant branches and leaves. Two different types of acorns, one is made with a thickened peanut butter filling and chocolate wafers, the other was a hershey kiss with a nilla wafer.

I created this birthday cake from an invitation. 6" and 8" rounds. I used a wood round for the cake board. All fondant except the number 8, gumpaste. TFL!

Pumpkin Spice cake decorated with crusting cream cheese icing. The pumpkin is covered in Modelling chocolate. All other details are either painted or made from modelling chocolate. The birch tree stump is made completely from crusting cream cheese icing and carved and apinted on to formbark curls and edges.
